1/4 cup coconut flour
3 pieces of egg yolk beaten
2 tablespoons coconut oil organic
1/3 cup thick coconut milk
2 tablespoons raw honey/organic
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Salt to taste
Natural maple syrup/topping for your favorite syrup cake
Natural butter (not margarine!)
A little grated coconut to the topping/toppings
How to make:
Mix the egg yolks, honey, and coconut oil together and mix well.
Pour the coconut milk and vanilla.
Put the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix using mixer, but don’t mix the batter too long. Because it can make the cookie dough becomes dense and hard.
